Summary


The live webinar which published by Gartner and presented by Brian Manusama with the title of: “How Chatbots Provide Real Value for Your Customers and Organization” (Manusama, 2019) was very beneficial and informative, in this webinar the speaker is addressing if the chatbots are a wise method to increase customers personal experience, the current level of consumer adaptation to the chatbots, and what will be the best practices for companies for a successful chatbot implementation (Gartner, 2019).



Feedback


On the time of registration to the live webinar, I realized there is no registration could be completed unless by using a work email and this what I did, once I registered an auto-reply email notification sent immediately containing all details required such as booking confirmation date and time, brief about the subject, add to calendar option, and a link to the webinar session. On the day of the event, another reminder sent to my email suggesting to log-in 10 minutes earlier along with two links, one to test the video and voice quality and another one to the actual webinar.


The overall quality of the webinar sound, content, interactor, slides, polling questions, and other presentation aids were excellent. However, I faced some sound disturbance, but I believe this was because of my internet connection speed.


What I liked most the interaction part the presenter did at the beginning when he asked a live survey question which made every attendee interacted and stayed focus to discover if their answers were correct and if not what will be the reason.


The presenter was knowledgeable of the presented subject. He was very well prepared and organized, showed effectiveness in communicating terms and concepts, and efficiency in answering questions clearly at the end of the session.


When it comes to the material presented, it was apparent as described in the published webinar description, and the information given was up-to-date. The content was exciting and helpful, which provided me with enough knowledge about Chatbots and how its importance impacts in businesses and serving customers, along with analysis and proven data facts which empower the speaker's topic.


The session time was sufficient to cover all the course content. There was an option to download the presentation, and as announced the webinar ended precisely on time.



Conclusion


I enjoyed attending the live webinar session, in such sessions time goes by so fast. I encourage everyone to attend live sessions rather than recorded ones or the ones on YouTube, especially it's free, beneficial, and the availability option to access the presentation material.
